An order is considered placed when the website confirms successful submission and provides an Order ID. Adding an item to your bag, opening Buy Now or opening a WhatsApp conversation does not place an order.

Pricing
The applicable price is confirmed by the website’s order system at the time of successful order placement. If a displayed price changes before submission, checkout may ask you to review the updated price before trying again.
Availability
Products may become unavailable before order confirmation if stock changes. The order system checks tracked inventory when an order is submitted. An item in your bag is not reserved stock.
Delivery
Delivery is available across Bangladesh. Applicable delivery charges are shown during available online checkout before submission. Contact Sadira about delivery timing or questions about your address; no fixed delivery time is promised here.
Payment
Current online checkout supports Cash on Delivery.
Order cancellation
To request cancellation, contact Sadira with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Requests are reviewed according to the order’s current status. If an item has already shipped, contact Sadira about the appropriate next steps.
