Information you provide
When you place an order, the website collects your name, phone number, delivery address and order details. You may also provide an alternative phone number, email address and order notes. Address information can include your division, district, area and postal code.
How order information is used
Sadira uses these details to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery and manage orders. Please include only information relevant to your purchase in order notes.
Order-management storage
Order and customer operational data is stored through the site’s order-management system using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Access to administrative order information is restricted to authorized management access.
Storage in your browser
Cart data may be stored in your browser using localStorage so your bag can remain available when you return. Buy Now selections and recent order-confirmation details may use sessionStorage for the current tab.
You can clear your bag through the website or remove stored site data through your browser settings. Removing browser data does not cancel an order already submitted to Sadira.
Contact form and newsletter
The contact form and newsletter signup are not connected to a submission service yet. Their inputs are checked locally in your browser and are not sent or saved by those forms.
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
Links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to third-party services, which may have their own privacy practices. If you choose the WhatsApp order-confirmation option, a prepared message may include your order and delivery details. You can review that message before sending it.
Questions about your information
Please contact Sadira through an official channel if you have a question about the information you supplied with an order.
